Order Processing

We offer a wide variety of products on the store, and some are easier and quicker to produce than others!

For digital products: Your order will be sent to you shortly after ordering! You'll receive an email with a download link and confirmation of purchase.

For standard products: Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know your order is on the way!

Art Prints (Unframed) 2 - 3 business days
Original Artwork 2 - 3 business days
Coloring Books (Physical) 2 - 3 business days


For made to order products: Please allow additional time to produce your item(s) and process your order. You'll receive an email with tracking information once our printing partner has completed and shipped your item.

Tote Bags 3 - 5 business days
Journals 4 - 7 business days
Puzzles 4 - 7 business days
Canvas Prints 6 - 10 business days
Framed Prints 6 - 10 business days
Blankets 12 - 14 business days

 

Orders placed for made-to-order products will begin processing the same day. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.



Shipping & Delivery Times

After the processing period, orders are generally shipped & delivered within 2 - 5 days using USPS Ground Advantage (standard products), or DHL/UPS Mail Innovations/UPS Ground (made to order products).

We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING in the United States on orders over $75!

For orders under $75, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.



Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery on unframed fine art prints and original artwork, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns on made to order products, limited edition art pieces, digital downloads, or other personalized items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@amandalanford.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
